Our history
Based in Northern France, a key region for retail and distance selling, Reversys is the fruit of the meeting of two experts with complementary backgrounds. The first specialises in supply chain and flow organisation, the second in the development of digital and collaborative solutions.
Together, they worked on a major e-commerce project and came to a simple conclusion: returns were being managed in a traditional, inefficient and costly way, despite the fact that they are crucial to customer satisfaction.
