- Collection of second-hand goods: Use our API to organise the collection of used products from your customers.
- Adapting logistics efforts to basket value: our platform will select the appropriate collection services and optimise the route in order to find the best balance between customer service and basket value.
- Qualification and referral to the right channel: Our interfaces guide your operators in assessing the condition of each returned product (Grade A, B, C, for recycling, etc.). Furthermore, depending on its condition, the product is automatically directed to the right channel: restocking, outlet, repair, donation or recycling.
Reconditionnement et traçabilité par identifiant unique
Une fois en entrepôt, Reversys pilote le reconditionnement. La solution gère le suivi des tables de réparation pour transformer des produits de second choix en premier choix, ou réparer des articles destinés à la destruction pour les rendre à nouveau vendables. Pour garantir un suivi parfait, un identifiant unique est attribué à chaque produit. Cet ID trace tout son historique, y compris les photos prises lors du contrôle. Il est peut être utile pour la revente en ligne de produits de second choix, permettant de créer des fiches produit uniques qui mentionnent les défauts spécifiques.
Gestion des stocks multi-composants
Notre plateforme va plus loin en gérant les articles multi-composants (ex : 1 lot de 6 chaises, 1 table constituée d’un colis pour le plateau et colis pour les pieds). Elle permet de reconstituer des articles complets à partir de composants les constituant, en assurant une homogénéité d’état (ex: regrouper des composants de premier choix).
La solution gère la préparation de commandes de seconde vie, en tenant compte de leur état et de l’unicité le cas échéant.
